Called to speak to somebody about my first court hearing. I believe I spoke to Walter. Honestly, terrible service. This guy doesn’t introduce himself, answers the phone like I am bothering him and he’s straight up telling me there’s nothing you can do you need to plead guilty. I work in legal services. I understand the fact that clients come and want to hear all good things, but someone he has not checked my record, doesn’t have any documents associated with the arrest and he’s telling me “you will lose, and get jail time.” Also, the fact that I am trying to explain to him that I have a court hearing and he’s treating me like an idiot like I don’t what I am saying until I had to prove to him that I am already schedule. It is the attitude. Being a lawyer is just a job like everything else, you are not better than anyone else, and compassion and respect for people is necessary. Horrible 15 min experience.
