I recently worked with Jayla and had a fantastic experience! She was incredibly helpful, always quick to communicate, and very transparent throughout the process. Left my partner in tears after she had a phone call with them to discuss payment and get a breakdown of all charges. Claire was the rudest person to start the conversation, even hung up the phone when asked to state who they were and continued to be rude, disrespectful and dehumanizing. If you’re angry at your job or life don’t take it out on others. I see she already has negative reviews on here for the exact same issue hopes something gets done about it.

These people are never answering the phone they want you to pay a debt but yet they never return your phone calls or anything pretty useless then they want to bring you to court to get said money like I’m making my payments when I can answer your damn phones and stop making hard working Americans stress out no body has time to deal with it

My husband has been trying to call and email for a few months now. He got a message while trying to make his monthly payment on a debt (he supposedly has 2 accounts with these people for payment), stating that particular account (medical) would be transferred to Lacy Katzen's collection. So he called to find out how to make a payment because it isn't showing with the (auto) payment he already had. No one took his call. Week after week, month after month, NOTHING. This was before Christmas. Pretty sure before Thanksgiving even. February now and still calling. He tried to make an offer to fully pay on the auto payments and.....well, crickets. We are now currently looking into how to report this agencies neglect. Doesn't seem like they want our payments at all. Seems that might make a mark in a courtroom if you try to sue again. Thank you for that.
*update: the last time we had contact about the (medical) account was July when they left a message on his account (Rothman Evans PC)about the transfer to Lacy Katzen. JULY 2024.
I contacted Lacy Katzen LLP yesterday evening to consult with an attorney about a long-standing situation which needed to finally be resolved for everybody. Attorney John Wells promptly returned my call the next morning and was quite generous with his time hearing my concerns and sharing his experience to help me find the right step to move forward. After gathering all of my information he offered a generous retainer to begin resolving the matter because of my financial situation. But, he also kindly referred me to another attorney who could handle my matter for less money. John Wells is obviously not only an incredible attorney, but an amazing human being. Thank you so very much for your time and great advice John!
My other half and I worked with Jayla for a few months and I’m so glad we had her on our side! She was fantastic with keeping us updated on everything that was going on. Any questions we had, she would answer and never made us seem like we had a stupid question. She was always very responsive with all of the communication we had between emails and phone calls. Jayla was the only one who took us seriously with our easement case and she jumped right into the case to help us! Highly recommend her without a doubt, will be coming back to her if we have other related issues.
