Cynthia was an awesome case manager ! Always kept me in the loop on any new update on the case. She was always concerned if my treatment was helping me and making sure I was feeling better throughout my whole case. The whole process from start to finish was smoother than butter !

I want to start by saying this is not a hate review, but simply my honest experience and opinion. I am grateful for the work that was put into my case. However, my biggest concern was the lack of communication throughout the process. I was involved in a serious car accident at the end of June 2025, and my case was not finalized until the beginning of June 2026. I understand that these cases take time, and I never expected things to happen overnight or even over a couple months. What was frustrating was that I was rarely given updates unless I reached out first. Miriam handled my case, but I often felt left in the dark about what was happening and what to expect next. Even a brief check in every now and then would have made a significant difference and helped me feel more informed and reassured. One of the reasons I chose Ladah was because of the positive experience my mom had with them after her accident in 2014. She was regularly updated, supported, and reassured throughout her case. Based on her experience, I expected a similar level of communication. Communication is a major part of client service, especially during stressful times. While I appreciate the work that was done and the case was ultimately resolved, I often felt like an outsider to my own case. Better communication and occasional updates would have made a huge difference in my overall experience.

This is my second time using them. I was very pleased with my Lawyer his assistant. She was OK very sweet and nice when I talk to her on the phone they done right by me twice

Awesome work from the firm, always answering questions that are brought upon the duration of the case, everything was a smooth process, they helped emotionally and physically to recover from the injury a car accident caused, 10/10 Highly recommended Injury Law Firm!

Not recommended!! With so many good Attorney's out there, this one is a really bad choice. The most bizarre Law Firm I have ever worked with. The staff is very rude, never answer calls and lie to you when you eventually speak to someone. Everyone is always on another line or the attorney is always in trial. They have you wait 35 min on hold then send you to voicemail. I now have a medical charge off on my credit report because their staff is lazy & they don't know what they're doing. "Jessica" in particular and the woman who answers the phone are really bad. Receptionist never states her name. Over a year and a half and I've never met the attorney. Biggest mistake is hiring this firm.
