I hired Mr Lamba in a case where i had a permanent damage as a result of an on the job injury. This man told me for 5 months that my case was filed and I doubted him for some Reason. I looked on the county clerk website just to check if there was a lawsuit concerning my case and there was not. Unfortunately for me, The statue of limitations is out on my case within 10 days. He wants to drop my case 10 days before the statue of limitations after I found out that he did not file it? He also did this to a friend of mine in her case. Thank God she had enough time to get another attorney and she moved on to another lawyer.... with me , I don't have enough time to get an attorney and this man has me missing out on Is holding my employer responsible because of his negligence. He never will call you back. His associates laugh when you get upset because he will not get on the phone and he will not return phone calls . Do not hire this attorney. He lies and will not file your case. It does not care about representing you and he will lie to you on a moment's notice. Do yourself a favor and Move onto the next one because this man is not gonna make it happen.Good luck.

I''m a new client whom switched to this law firm and made it very clear to Atty Rahul Lamba and associates that communication and honesty is very pertinent and important to me and now I've been advised a call back several times from his office and no one calls me back BIG RED FLAGG when I was re-assured that I wouldn't have that issue with them and I'm told he's in court when he's there in the office this is dishonest, I can understand if the atty is in the office but unavailable, just tell me that. Also stay away from this lawyer he does very unethical things with his client's cases.
