Stay away from this lawyer at all costs. He is doing the devils work. He made it obvious that he worked with the prosecutor and against his own client. This man , Larry Marsili needs to be investigated by the State Bar. He made false promises to his client and their family. After he was able to help secure a conviction, he then abandoned his client and did not follow through on promises he made such as filing motions. Our loved almost completely lost their ability to appeal due to this man's negligence and he has blantly stated that he knows for a fact there are innocent people in prison and chuckled about it. Had this man actually done his job and respresented his client the way he is legally obligated to , then our loved one would most likely not be in the position they are in. Please do not put your or your loved ones fate in this man's hands like we did
