I was feeling frustrated after several attempts to reach the insurance adjuster, so I could find care for my injuries. I was referred to the Larson office, where Monica demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency in obtaining a prompt response from the adjuster, enabling me to settle my claim and receive necessary care. Monica went above and beyond.

They were very responsive, helpful and helped me and my family! Monica allowed me to even text her with questions or concerns. If you ask for her cell she will give it to you. Great service!!

Worst attorney ..never hire him. Unprofessional and insolent at times. Wouldn't answer my questions would say all the time "don't you trust me"! Advised me to not see another IME when Safeco requested that I see another one. According to Oregon law, if you don't honor that request, they have the legal right to go to Arbitration and not pay medical bills that go over 6 months! Larson didn't seem to know that! Not going to trial over my injuries cause me a loss in compensation. This should have gone to trial! He calls me up two years later and says we have to go to Arbitration not to trial! Gave me poor advice for the Deposition...I did well I didn't listen to him. Gave me poor advice about my Arbitration. He just didn't represent me! Didnt have my records. My orthopedic physician was never mentioned! The IME Dr. Earl Duncan failed to get the scans of my torn rotators. Attorney Larson advised me to lie to Medicare that there was no causation because there was a $32,000 lienMedicsre put onthe any award on the award I would get! It meant that he would get paid however. Obviously doing nothing but just sit there quietly..letting Safeco use the error filled IME to say "no causation" in the 2019 accident four-car collision and I'm the fourth car. Hurt at the scene! He knew all that. Larson knew I was going to therapy. Dr. Hanley, the orthopedist physician said that I had permanent damage and that he would have to do surgery in both arms! I did receive a reward however my medical bills or four or five times that award over the period of 3 years. The hestt of my case rotator tears. I am a musician difficult to play. Still my viola or my accordion. I can't even tie my hair up because my arms are so damaged or put dihes in my kitchen shelves.
