Very rude receptionist very unwelcoming atmosphere. She stared at me as if I were there to harm someone. I was only there to ask a question and they treated me very disrespectfully.

I have had mixed experiences while using them for various real estate issues. The girl Alyssa was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to get a question answered promptly.

I find Mr. Romano to be extremely understanding, fair attorney each time I went to Housing Court I was able to arrange settlements with him it's just that YOU as the client have to let your word be your BOND. No NONSENSE because he will give you the business. When I decide to purchase a home I would want this man to be my attorney. If he decides to accept the case. During CO-VID Mr. Romano provided me with some very important information that help me in a tremendous way. Yes "Andy" I was accepted "Thank You" so much. Yes I know many of us "Drive you crazy" but it's that I guess keeps you going. You're doing the "Lords" work just not on the right side but you make up for it in many ways. Thanks Again Mr. Romano for the information. I was surprised at the results but if you had not provided me with the information I would have never known. May God keep you and your family Healthy, Safe, and Prosperous. Respectfully Delores Roberts ( your best pain in the neck)

If I could give a 0 I would. A man named “George” screamed and yelled at me telling me he gets 5000 calls a day and can’t get in touch with my landlord to ask a simple question. I have never encountered a more unprofessional office. They never answer the phone and clearly don’t want to do their jobs. Do NoT deal with this law firm

Andrew Romano's law office filed a claim against my wife and I for services no one on his team rendered to us. His office represented a prior landlord in a claim my wife and I filed against landlord to receive a withheld security deposit in 2017. My wife and I won the case and received our deposit back in full. We were not represented in any way by Andrew Romano or a member of his posse. We then received a notice from Yonkers small claims court that we were being taken to court for $350 plus interest - from 6 years ago. Karly - the attorney standing in place of Andrew - explained that the Romano group represented us and won in 2017. I then had to tell her that they didn't represent us. They repped my landlord and they lost. Karly said the mistake was made by the billing department and that an explanation was "below her pay grade." Sadly, Andrew didn't appear in court today so I couldn't tell him this in person. Drew - make sure you're filing claims against the right people. Case dismissed!
