Highway robbery! Started at $3.5 million, then $80,000 and I ended up with under $3,000. They took everything! Do not trust them. They will trick you out of your settlement, then slow pike on sending you the remaining scraps

They're a shitty team… Starting with their staff who aggressively call you offering to sign you up to take $2,000 from your case after they made you wait three years, supposedly to fight for twice as much. My case is almost four years old now. Without a single call, not even an update on your case. And then they call you and tell you that you have 15 minutes to appear in court because the lawyer is talking to the judge. You arrive and they just tell you that he's already made the decisions for you… In my opinion, that's not professional. You call their office to find out what happened with your case, what was said… The old guy just wants to convince you to sign again… You refuse, and he calls you himself, yelling that he won't represent you anymore… They didn't act professionally at all. You don't call a client 15 minutes before a court appearance; you give them one day's notice. You don't yell at a client. Some woman named Vanessa or something like that. I have all the recordings. Proof of the calls. They need to be better educated… Rude team. I know they do it for money, but this is no way to treat a client who trusts them. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I repeat, I will not sign anything. I was a client of this firm and is how tricky they offer you $50.00 if you provide a 5-star rating in your closing settlement. I referred my sister and niece to the firm and was promised by John J. Gonzalez referral fees. I called him several times and he would tell me that the case went to litigation and to be patient (screenshot of email conversation is attached). My family advised me a few months ago that the case was closed. I reached out to John J. Gonzalez and he is no longer with the firm. I called the office and spoke with several staff members and one unprofessional lady just replied "I do not know who would take care of the referral fees". Empty commercial promises are not good for any business! It does not matter if you have more than 30 years in business!

Helped me out a lot

I was with them for a year and after I had surgery I couldn’t work. I can only function with fifty percent of my right arm. I asked them for a loan to help with expenses and they referred me to Google search to find pre settlement law loans. Then when I went and found one they didn’t want to sign any forms coming from the loan agencies. They released me as a client and told me I need to go find a lawyer that will help me obtain financing while I’m injured. These people don’t care about your personal wellbeing. They’re only trying to get a check for themselves. I’m in a crisis behind on rent because I can’t work. I let them know this and they still wouldn’t help. Don’t ever go here!
