No show on the soon meeting. Apparently he was 50 minutes late to the meeting. They were so gracious to waive the no show fee that I was to be charged for leaving the meeting after waiting 45 minutes past the meeting time…..

Worst experience of my life. When I had the initial telephone consultation the person I talk to seem like he was knowing what he was talking about, even told me that the mother of my child was in Contempt of court. Hired them In October to get my simple standard possession. then gave me five different lawyers on my case the day before gave me a new lawyer, who had no idea about the details of the case. Then when we went to court, my lawyer said that me and the mother of my child were married and we never were added three more months of stipulations actually told me if I could get a certificate of graduation of the AA program. I paid $5000 and then they proceeded to ask me for an extra $2000 for doing nothing in my case. I asked them multiple times over the five month period. That I had them as my lawyer who was my lawyer. The portal that they ask you to use is not very user-friendly. The staff was awful anytime. I call up there. They would tell me to use the portal and I have told them that I did and they would never respond to me then had the audacity to ask me for another three grand for mediation when I told him that I couldn’t afford the extra two grand after the five they immediately sent me a motion to withdraw was the worst experience of my life and now have PTSD over finding a lawyer which my case is still open and had to represent myself prose during the mediation process they need to have their bar removed. Awful experience. Will tell anyone to run far far away from Brett Pritchard. I even asked to speak to Brett Pritchard multiple times and had appointments set up then when I was supposed to meet with him, he was never available and had some other lawyer talking to me about my case that knew nothing about It. Awful

This law firm, represents why people cannot trust lawyers. As a mother, going through cancer, who finally gained the courage to leave the most controlling man then put all her money and faith into Mr. Pritchard's firm. I only spoke to of his colleagues twice for fifteen minutes, where I was yelled at while my soon to be ex-husband and father of my children was on his death bed in ICU for a month. During that month, my baby voice celebrated his birthday. During that month, I was there every day still for his dad. I was selfless and humble enough to put things aside for the greater good. This firm told me to shut up as I was rushing into the hospital rounds. Never listen to me. Took every dime I had when i was dealing with the death of why I had to leave the father of my children. The reason I separated from him is the reason he died. And this firm, I took a vow to protect my children and me and did not care. These men are not human. These men will make false promises and take vows to protect innocent children and do what's right. Yet not even hear your voice and care. Then continue to send you bills. When the person you were divorcing is dead from the reason you had to divorce him. That is sick and anyone who uses this firm.I truly wish you the best and pray for you.

Even though they could not help me with my situation they took the time to talk to me and look at other possibilities.
