How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

I'm glad others had a good experience with them, i had an incredibly hard case, my cousin passed with no children or wife, he left 12 1st cousins to be contacted, i had to hire an HeirSearch company to create the tree and to provide this firm with the tree to take to the courts and present so that i could be appointed administrator at lidem, i received several email with zero balances on them almost daily, since they were zero balances i never opened them as the firm could do nothing until they received the tree, they did do a few things, read of a trust that i had read and deteremind in the 1st 4 pages he was cu tout of it upon death, $500 later they figured out the same thing, some story about having to scan and send it to SA, i was never informed that anyone in SA would be on my legal team and have yet to receive who or why he was involved. They were suppose to wait to hear from HeirSearch monthly but called on several occasions for updates, noting that they would email as they had said every 30 days, again billed me for each phone call and each team member to be told nothing was being done, they met monthly to basically say nothing was done and they were going no where waiting on HeirSearch, i received a notice that i was being charged $400 on my credit card, no one ever called, no one ever said a word, i called billing to see what was up, Oh they had burned through $7,000 and my balance fell below their required $1,000 retainer, i about lost it, they sent me a breakdown, and allot of the dates were in the future like Sept and Dec 2026, billing informed me this is an error when they transfer it from a PDF to Excel, they didn't even have the professionalism to 1st say it was an error and 2nd why would they have not fixed the date error, knowing the date error existed? Again causing me so much stress and confusion. They asked what charges I would like to be considered for a billing change; they gave me a whopping $375 credit. My account is now closed as they say it's there policy to bill me for a monthly team meeting to say "no progress and we are still waiting on HeirSearch" HeirSearch made it clear to me and the firm that it was a very complex tree and would take 6 to 8 months to get it to them. Imagine my surprise that knowing that, they had all these meeting and called HeirSearch just so they could bill me for unnecessary calls, BE AWARE, if it's a probate on an estate, and they know your going to get money in the end, they are nothing but vultures, unfortunately i am so into it now, when i get the tree back, they have informed me it will be an additional $5,000 to finish the case, So i'm stuck, Just want to make others aware before you give them money and think they are reasonable, they are not, no where in their contract did it mention that they would bill me monthly while we waited, and note i only called to tell them to stop emailing me 2x daily with zero invoices, then they started mailing them along with the email. i got billed for calling and asking it to stop, all the attorney and paralegal charged me for a billing error that was their fault, I would love to hear their rebuttal, i couldn't talk to anyone, because to talk to anyone, they charge, while i get that they have to bill for their time, a policy that we have to meet monthly to do nothing is insane. I'll be happy to post the bill so you can see the charges, just ask. UPDATE after speaking to another attorney and showing them the charges, 1st never let them bill by hour, reputable attorneys will bill flat fee plus court cost, 1st reg flag, 2nd ask if they are board certified, never use an attorney that is not board certified. i won't go on to explain the rest but to my shock, it was recommended that i file a grievance to the bar and let them look at it and see what they think. I have never had an attorney ever say file against another attorney, so that's how bad they are. Unfortunately, they could not represent me as i need an attorney in a different county. this law firm should have never taken the case.

It was good. I received some good information. I still have questions but my appointment today ended due to bad reception where I was able to talk freely.
