What's with this attorney Steven Gambardella? I was given his name, and when I called him, he was abusive to me on the phone - like he wanted to fight me! So I looked up his cases on the court website and wowza... case after case, non-appearance, sanctioned for failure to submit discovery, motion to compel discovery, failure to respond to motions, incorrectly filed motions... He himself has been a party to nineteen cases! two that look to be street brawls... a couple where he failed to pay PI and document services and oh looky! it seems an attorney who once worked as his assistant sued him - I guess he didn't pay her? who knows. several legal malpractice cases against him, fraud even! yikes when a lawyer is that bad, you have to wonder exactly what is he doing on his cases to make money... anyway, thankful I missed out on a surefire nightmare experience.
