Completely unprofessional phone call with this person. She has no customer service skills and seemed completely bothered that a potential client called her for a consult. If that’s how she acts over the phone, I can’t image in person or court of law. Do better.
Catherine Merrill is an excellent personal injury attorney who understands the intricacies of this area of the law. She has the experience and work ethic to get the job done.
