I’ve sent close to 3 or 4 intake information requests. I even called to see if I can do it over the phone. I was told that they cannot talk to me due to conflict of interest concerns until the office calls me about my intake request. I’ve been trying for over 6 months at this point. The attorney who answered the phone said “be patient” with the staff. If it’s that hard to even talk to and try and get advice about my situation needing legal counsel, I cannot imagine being treated as a client would be any better. Just going to move in to other representation.

They shattered my trust when I needed someone to help me most. She seems to be all bark & no bite, despite what others seem to think. Seemed very promising & assuring in the beginning, but after our initial emails & in person meeting, communication just stopped. Was patient & trusting for well over a year & a half, but eventually had to reach back out to see what was happening. It took about a month to even get a response to that email, and they eventually said that they've already decided to abruptly stop helping me as of nearly a year ago (by apparently sending a single letter to my old address, never calling or emailing at all), despite everything they initially said to me, because their office was apparently closing at that time. And yes, I verified from the website this is the exact same lawyer.
