Didn’t even call them, they reached out to me after another firm gave them my information, just so they could waste my time and tell me they’re too busy, if you were to busy then why call me in the first place? What changed?

I chose Law Office of Yeotis because they promised to help me on a contingency fee arrangement. After minimal effort following the fine print on the agreement, they'd positioned themselves to be able to pull out of the contingency and force a renegotiation. Then after providing little value and no warning I was charged thousands of dollars. The bill was full of inflated line items like: "20 minutes to read email" and "20 minutes to write email"; in a few cases, this was literally a "happy holidays" exchange back and forth, that cost 40 minutes of time somehow. And that was not 40 minutes at a paralegal rate whose job it is to filter things like this, that's 40 minutes at their highest-bracket rate. There are more examples of this splitting of reading and writing emails in order to inflate the times and other examples that absolutely surprised me. The worst part is the huge waste of my own personal time and accomplishing nothing of value. A few other smelly things they did was ask me to sign a paper stating that I was completely satisfied with their service and the bill even after I told them that I absolutely wasn't. And they also had a check meant for me sent to their office without my approval so that they could hold it hostage until the invoice that I didn't agree with was paid.
