David represented me at my recent home closing. From the first time we spoke I knew he was the kind of person I wanted to work with. Lawyers often get a bad rap, but David is everything a good attorney should be. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He is also very genuine. I felt comfortable knowing that he had my best interests in mind at all times. And his right hand person Carla is a gem. My closing got difficult. The bank screwed up my wire transfer, something that strikes terror in the heart of any home buyer. But between David and Carla, and with some lawyerly creativity, the issue was sorted out in a timely manner and an extremely stressful closing fell into place. I will most definitely be hiring David again to assist me with some other legal matters, and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

It was a genuine pleasure to have David Minicozzi handle the closing on the sale of my condo. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He presented the various stages of the closing in easily understandable and doable form. I felt completely confident as he walked us through the legal actions that needed to be taken and most of all he was always accessible for questions.

I just called this office regarding representation for a personal injury in a MVA. After asking to speak to David Minicozzi if he was available, the man who answered the phone rudely asked “ABOUT WHAT”. Taken aback, I said excuse me? The man on the phone then repeated sarcastically “ABOUT …. WHAT”… then hung up in my face! This was disgusting and unprofessional! Do better! I really hope that wasn’t the lawyer himself who answered! Thought after I saw his website he seemed “like a nice guy”. Need customer service skills! Wouldn’t trust this office at all after this experience!

David Minicozzi and Carla in his law office are fantastic! He was great at leading us through the home buying process, was extremely communicative when issues cropped up and gave suggestions on how to resolve them (and followed through)! Also, he's a good listener. Would highly recommend!
