We used David for a trust of an estate issue. He was good. His staff was good. His staff was friendly. The only negative thing I would say is he was expensive. But I would use him again.

Would I recommend Mr Bouschor's office for divorce attorneys? I'll start by saying they have helped me through a long, crazy and hard fought battle. It turned out to be fair and equatible for me, and I greatly appreciate their knowledgeable and consistent help. I found the staff to be very kind, caring, and empathetic as well. Always willing to talk with you. Always willing to help and answer my questions. I had to change attorneys in the middle of this divorce, and am very glad I chose them. So in answer to would I recommend them, absolutely! Over and over again!

With the sudden passing of my daughter Keisha, I needed legal assistance in becoming guardian to her 3 years old daughter, Khamryn. A close friend of the family referred me to Ms. Jennifer. This was in December 2021. Nothing could have prepared me for the 3-year journey I was about to embark upon. Ms. Jennifer and the office staff were always very kind, empathetic to my situation and also available to answer any questions I may have had whether in personal, phone or email. Whenever we had to go to court, Ms. Jennifer would explain thoroughly what was to be asked so I would know what to expect. And that goes for any paperwork that I received or needed to sign. That journey finally came to an end in Dec. 2024. It is now 2025 and my husband and I enlisted her assistance with preparing our wills. I feel that I could call upon her and/are staff if ever needed again. Most "legal" people that I've run into seem cold, distant and talk over your head.
