I had an excellent experience with Ebuehi Nwaefulu law firm! Anne and her team were incredibly knowledgeable about immigration law and guided me through every step of the process with confidence and clarity. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. What stood out most was how quick and stress-free the entire process was. Mrs. Anne is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, professional and knows the law inside and out. She helped us with our case from the very beginning and we just received our green card! She keeps up with current laws and happenings in this very unsure world we live in right now. She is also reasonably priced, as some lawyers charge outrageous prices and promise things that aren't within their power. Mrs. Anne is honest, fair, professional and has been an immigration and tax lawyer for a long time!

The most unpleasant experience was that they never submitted my daughter's application, the money disappeared and they still charge you for giving you your paperwork even though they didn't give it to you from the beginning, that's what they do. They also don't give it to you so that when you ask for it they charge you, which they shouldn't. I don't recommend them at all.

I do not recommend the Law Office of Ebuehi Nwaefulu. Mrs. Nwaefulu, the attorney, and her staff are neither diligent nor responsive. I hired her to assist with my husband's residency application, but I was unhappy with the pace at which our case was progressing. It felt like I was always the one reaching out to inquire about the status or to find out if any documents needed to be submitted. After experiencing this lack of communication, I decided to terminate her services in 2022. Following the termination, I emailed Mrs. Nwaefulu to request my file, as our new attorney needed to review the status of our case. As of July 8, 2025, Mrs. Nwaefulu has ignored my request and all my correspondence. I am currently in the process of filing a grievance with the Bar.

I have been working with Ms Anne for years now, from applying to DACA for the first time to now applying to adjust my status through marriage, Ms Anne has been with me every step of the way. Not only is she a great lawyer, but she is a great woman as well. There has been times where financially we have struggled and she was not only willing to listen but work with us to take care of what needed to be taken care of. During these scary times not only did she move fast to get everything filed but she prepared us and reassured us for our interview. We are so grateful to not only not Ms Anne but her entire staff who helped us get our approval. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
