Very unethical practice. They took my money offering to complete my citizenship application and turn it in that same week; every time I asked for an update, they said they are still waiting for an answer. After 4 months waiting, I contacted USCIS to check on the status of my application and they couldn't locate it. I contacted Aguirre's office again, but this time his assistant was on vacation and the Attorney didn't have an answer for me. A week later, the assistant call me to let me know my application was ready to be send, I just needed to sign it. Obviously I fired him.

If I could give them a 0 I would the worst ever they take your money for free and don’t do anything for you

I requested their service in July of 2018 and I had to call them this yr March 2019 for an update, very poor attorney/client communication. I call almost everyday now and same answer we’ll call you back with update and they don’t. Very frustrating Update 4/19/19 I’ve been in contact with Ana and she has now updated me and on top of my case. Looks like some issues with Immigration website and was not able to get information. Office has apologized for my case being overlooked but now in good hands. 9/29/20 Never ever did they respond with an update on our case 🤬 Good job people.. Don’t use this attorney!!!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Aguirre and all the staff. Im very happy with the service. My case was a difficult one , but with the help of Mr. Aguirre and his staff (Carolina) we were able to succesfully WIN my case. I was forgiven for a couple of missdemeanors due to my bad actions i comitted in my past, we just went to court and i am getting my green card back. Soon i will be able to become a US citizen in 3 yrs..(cant wait to vote) Im really happy with their service . also would like to mention they resolved my issue in 1 yr. Not only were they on top of my case they were always very quick to respond to me every time i had a question. I had shopped arround for the perfect lawyer to assist me, but the minute I walked into Mr Aguirres office i felt the confidence and i knew that i can trust them with my case .. Thank you so very much for your very appreciated hard work... Thanks to these wonderful people I will move forward in my life and achieve all of the goals i had pending due to these circumstances.
