I had a great experience with Fabian and his office staff. I started my immigration process in July 2025, and I was approved today. Throughout the entire process, Fabian handled my case with professionalism and made me feel confident and supported. Fabian can be stressful, but they guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions clearly. His assistant Samantha was especially helpful and always kind, patient, and very organized. She made sure my paperwork was complete and kept me informed about updates on my case. I truly appreciate all the help I received and highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a reliable and professional immigration attorney.

Our top priority is providing good and professional customer service, and being availabile and attentive to our clients. <br><br>Mr. Guerrero makes himself available to his clients both in person and by phone. He often extends his hours, including staying past closing time, to meet with clients or family members of detained individuals to discuss case progress and provide updates. <br><br>All attorney and filing fees are fully discussed with clients in advance. Retainer agreements are entered at the client’s discretion and with their consent. Mr. Guerrero will begin work on a case upon receipt of the requested deposit, and clients are required to make payments toward their outstanding balance throughout the duration of their case. It is customary for attorneys to request payment for their services, and this should not be characterized as an attorney "only wanting money."<br><br>Please undertand, that the Trump Administration has caused many changes in Immigration from USCIS processes to Removal Proceedings with the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). The change in processing times with the USCIS filings are out of our control, but please rest assured that we monitor our cases on a regular basis and provide case updates to our clients as their case progresses.<br><br>We work diligently on all of our cases. Our office staff voluntarily provides clients with their personal cell phone numbers as courtesy in an effort to prepare, complete, and submit filings with the USCIS, EOIR, BIA ICE, CBP, and/or ERO, but the cooperation of our clients is essential to this process.<br><br>If you need to meet with Mr. Guerrero regarding your case, please feel free call the office and make an appointment. I hired Fabian and his team when I was going through a difficult time. My husband was detained by ICE on 07/14/25. Anissa was such a big help throughout the whole process. I consulted 2 lawyers beforehand and their only option for my husband was to have a voluntary departure. Fabian and Anissa gave me hope for termination of removal proceedings which my husband won against the immigration court on 10/02/25. My husband was finally released when the 30 day appeal wait time was completed. Bless the Lord for Fabian and Anissa, they were angels to my family during this difficult time. I would recommend them for any immigration case!
