He was the reason my husband had to stay out of the country for a whole year because this attorney missed a very important piece of documentation required. Very poor service to communicate because he doesn’t want to hear what you have to say, very impatient. He wanted to charge me extra for his own mistake. I ended up going with someone else who helped me get the documents needed for a lot less charge.

It's best if you find another office that can help you because Fernando has been answering the phone from the beginning as if he doesn't want to work anymore and doesn't want to listen to what you have to say. Each case is very different, and he just wants to hear as little as possible. It's better if you go somewhere else.

Horrible! Not reliable. I came to see this lawyer a year ago for my case and he told me he would call me back for a document that needed to be requested for my case in 6-12 months. Did he ever call me? No. I had to call the office 6 months after I saw him and his secretary told me that the lawyer would call me back once he received it. It’s been more than a year and he just now requested the document, which came back with no pertinent information. If you need a lawyer that is reliable and will stay on top of your case don’t go to him. I regret wasting an entire year, thinking he was working on my case. I was just another client that didn’t matter. Sad.
