I have to say this is the best lawyers office ever. I used them over a decade ago and got amazing results for a amazing price. Mr. Snell himself represented me at that time as a defense Lawyer. He was amazing. I was so scared and he calmed me down, reassured me, and was extremely professional. The case was quickly done and taken care of. Well recently, I had another member of my immediate Family and I use their services. Of course if office had grown significantly. This was regarding an expulsion hearing. I called and make a long story short they were absolutely fantastic. From me calling in and getting an appointment scheduled, the initial appointment, and everything in between was amazing. Literally everything. This time Mr. Snell did not represent me directly but instead we worked with a younger lawyer named Madeline. She was amazing. Kept me and my Family calm. Told us exactly what to expect, our options, best case scenario, worst case scenario, etc. Me, im a worry wart so in between everything, I called up there multiple times. The Paralegals were extremely helpful and I was always able to get some one on the phone. Also, a huge shout out to the Lady at the front desk. She was a nice as she could be and extremely welcoming. Had a super bright personality and was extremely amazing to talk to. The whole office as soon as you walk in just gives the most amazing vibes!!! This is definitely our Family attorney. Of course, I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I can rest assured knowing they 100% have our back and are extremely affordable. About three years ago, I was falsely accused of a crime. After I was arrested, I set out to find the best lawyer . I went to countless consultations. If you’re doing the same thing let me save you the time. RETAIN MR. James Snell jr IMMEDIATELY I PROMISE YOU WON’T REGRET IT. This quote is what I read from his website “We’ve heard the complaints that people have about lawyers and have undertaken specific steps to try to improve the experience for our clients”. At first I was Thought typical Lawyer speak but boy was I wrong. There’s nothing typical about Mr. Snell. When I was younger, I unfortunately found out what it was like to Retain a few “I only care about getting your money and urging the quickest plea deal” type Lawyers. I spent a lot of money on Well known lawyers. Who care more about the prosecutor than their clients. They will tell you that’s the best deal you’re gonna get, so take to plea. Especially if you’re young and don’t know any better. Mr Snell was nothing like any of my previous lawyers . Most Lawyers are impossible to get in touch with. You’re lucky to get an assistant on the phone. Not Mr. Snell!! I would call his office and ask to speak to his assistant, to my surprise, he would come to the phone. As busy as he is, I never had any kind of Communication issues. That’s very uncommon. When I tell you this man is different. THIS MAN IS DIFFERENT. I honestly felt bad when I told him that I wanted to go to trial, because I know how lawyers will do anything not to go to trial. He constantly assured me not to feel bad whatsoever. He looked me in the eye and said “you should never feel bad for me doing what you paid me to do”. I was facing a mandatory prison sentence & was so nervous. Mr Snell’s confidence was exactly what I needed in a very bad uncertain situation. After the prosecutor called him with a sweet deal, sweet if I had actually done what they said I did. Mr Snell knowing I was innocent, quickly turned it down. After about a week, he called me to let me know the deal he had worked out. CHARGES DISMISSED. I wish I could have hugged him over the phone. People don’t understand what it’s like to have a mandatory prison sentence over your head, because regardless of how great your Lawyer is no one can predict what a jury will do. A lot of people who have never dealt with law-enforcement have the false belief, if law-enforcement arrested you, then you have to be guilty. The same people that falsely believe in our system are unfortunately the same people that will be on your jury, deciding your future. So I strongly suggest you get an attorney with the tenacity of Mr.Snell. Who is willing to tell the prosecutor with confidence, no deal. We’ll go to trial in hopes of getting it dropped before it gets there. If you’re even a suspect in a crime, you need to retain Mr. Snell. I suggest you do it immediately so he can take care of it before you’re even arrested. Trust me the retainer fee is well worth paying than having your life tossed upside down. Law-enforcement will tell you “if you’re innocent, you have no reason to not come in and talk to us”. They also love to say “Why would you need an attorney, if you’re innocent. Innocent people don’t need attorneys”. Believe that if you want to. That’s a trick. They are not your friend. They are not out to help you. They are out for one thing. To do their job and that’s to get a conviction for the crime committed. It doesn’t matter if you did it or not. I knew that about law-enforcement and still thought to myself “I’m innocent. I’ll just go talk to them” biggest mistake ever they will twist your words. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Hire Mr James R. Snell.
