First off let me start by saying I do not...EVER write reviews. So for Jeremy to make this big of a impact on my life (No not because he is a genius Lawyer, but has personal impacted me on countless levels) That should speak volumes about his candor and his personal attributes..
When I first needed a Lawyer I had no idea where I was gonna go, I am in the military, I never get into trouble and I don't trust anyone other then my brother in arms. I was real sketchy hiring a Lawyer. I almost hired one of the "other guys" thank god I didn't. Jeremy Called me out of the blue the night before I went down to pick up the lawyer. He got on the phone and told me how awesome he was....I stopped him mid sentence and asked him if this was a "big di*k contest" I told him I needed the best, I don't need to hear how glorious someone is...I was charged with 2 felonies and a misdemeanor I am 4 years away from retiring I have 6 kids, I don't have the time to listen to someone gloat. Jeremy told me to come to his office ( mind you it was kinda late) I stopped what I was doing and drove to his office, we sat and talked I told him what had happened
The "other guy" told me my case was going to trial no matter what, Jeremy told me he was getting it dismissed at best and at worst I was gonna get a deferment. Meaning I keep my nose clean and it all goes away. I got a deferment out of the case. I am totally satisfied with that.
Jeremy understands that his "fees" are your money, and he needs to earn that money. He doesn't take the money and you never hear from him. Him and Brittany ( his Para Legal) always kept in contact with me, even over the most smallest detail or question, I was always kept informed and up to date. Jeremy made sure that if I called him that he returned my call within a timely fashion, and timely it never took more then 12 hours to hear back from him. On top of that he had called me to check in and see how I was doing, during the conversation he had asked how my wife and kids were I expressed to him that my wife was shaken up with all this, he offered to sit and talk to my wife and tell her to relax and give his position. I have gone through a 4 year divorce and spent over 30k with custody of three kids and not once did my lawyer ask how my family was.
Jeremy is....respectfully so...an a hole,relentless, he is professional, and quick on his feet, He is a pitbull his office is his kennel and the court room is his arena. The DA's do not like playing ball with him. I have seen him use them as chew toys. He knows how things are gonna unfold for you and your case.
At the end of the day if you don't hire Jeremy once you get through your case, with one of those "other guys" your gonna ask yourself, man...what could Jeremy have gotten me. I wonder if he could have saved my future? Don't leave that up for debate, Don't let one of those other guys sit and not worry about you, your family, or perhaps more importantly your future. Jeremy is not a bet, or a gamble, he is a sure thing. I am grateful for his work, and forever in his debit.
Again to those reading this, whatever you do, do not miss this opportunity. You won't regret putting Jeremy in your corner.

There are not enough words to thank Mr. Loew for the amazing job he did for my fiancé. We all go through rough times in life, and one bad night for us turned into a nightmare of domestic charges that were wrongfully brought upon. Once we realized that it is almost impossible for anyone to fight a domestic on their own, I started emailing the top lawyers I could find. Jeremy was the only one to respond that evening and it was not even 5 minutes later. We needed a miracle because my fiancé was supposed to leave for his annual hunting trip in 3 weeks. With any pending domestic charges, you are not allowed to even be around a firearm. This is what feeds us through the year. To realize that it wasn’t going to happen this year because our lives were now determined by the courts was overwhelming. Mr. Loew met with my fiancé the next day and told him he would do the best he could to have the court date moved up, but that he was leaving on vacation in a week so he could only give him a 25% chance to have it taken care of by then. This man worked on our case while he was on his honeymoon. The court dates were moved up, and even with the D.A. getting a week extension….all charges were dropped, his record sealed of the whole thing, and he is hunting today. If it was not for Mr. Loew, our family could have lost everything and been ruined. I will NEVER seek out another lawyer. This man will never know how much he blessed our lives by taking our case and making things right again. The law is supposed to protect you, but sometimes it does the opposite. There are times you cannot go against the power of the courts without the best. Hands down, Jeremy Loew is that. I would recommend him 100%!

I will first state that I reciew. However feel the need to comment on Jeremy's outstanding performance. I contacted Jeremy knowing I would need a lawyer. He literally called me back before I put my phone down(11:30 pm). Not concerned with the time he got me in his office first thing the next morning. At first I was mislead my his casual manner. More concerned with my occupation. Hobbies and personal lifestyle. We discussed my charges for maybe 3 minutes. I was a little confused. I expressed this with Jeremy. And explained it was his job to do the worrying. And that I had nothing to worry about. Lacking understanding of how the system works. Jeremy never left me with a feeling of being in the dark.. Still though every time we spoke it was as if he already knew the outcome. Again. Was a concern for me. How he was so sure. Until we had my first court case. Which was my ONLY! I showed up to his office. On the day of court. We walked. It felt as if I were talking to a friend. I was on edge. And he wanted to talk about everything but the matter. Back to the subject. We show up to court. On time. Which is where I saw why Jeremy seemed so confident with my case. Or any of his cases for that matter. HE KILLED IT! That's all I'm gonna say! A BEAST! His hard work goes a long way. And EVERY one on that court room knew who he was. My case was thrown out writhing 10 minutes. And I was on my way. We had my records sealed and it went the exact same way! I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER LAWYER. Jeremy cares about the people he represents. i never had a feeling of he was just doing his job for a paycheck. He took care of me. As if he were family/friend.. Thank you Jeremy. I'm in debt you

HIRE JEREMY LOEW !!!!! I would like to recommend Jeremy Loew to anyone who needs an attorney. My wife is an ex-felon and was charged with a felony trespassing charge. I had no idea who to call, so I read some review and made a list of attorneys. From the list, I selected Jeremy. I could not have made a better decision. Because of my wife's criminal past from years ago, she was looking at the possibility of 12 years in prison for a charge that never should have been made. We had an initial consultation with Jeremy and he was upfront and extremely honest regarding her situation. He let us know what her defense would cost and he kept to his word. The final outcome was amazing. We were hoping for this to be dropped to a misdemeanor with a small fine even though we knew this was a bogus charge. He had the initial court date postponed for a couple of weeks. By the time the court date arrived, Jeremy had my wife's charges dismissed and the records sealed. This was the best possible outcome that we could imagine. I cannot say that your case will end as well as hers did. But if you are honest with Jeremy and give him the opportunity, he well treat you with respect, give you the best possible price for your defense and he will work very hard for you. He is extremely honest and hard working. JEREMY LOEW IS THE BEST ATTORNEY IN COLORADO SPRINGS PERIOD !!! My wife and I are just average people who needed help. I have not been compensated in anyway for this review. I am just speaking from my heart about an attorney who truly cared and gave my wife's life back to us.

I was going through a nasty divorce where custody issues were at a rise. The worst thing that could happen was my neighbors calling the police on me about my children: I was charged with misdemeanor child abuse while on a deferred for DV case. Not only was I facing a new charge it was possible revocation of my deferred and facing a conviction in both cases. A co worker recommended Jeremy to me and stated he got her charges dismissed. I reached out to Jeremy and he stated he can help. The retainer was not expensive and provided a payment option to pay off the rest of the retainer. We went to court and I observed Jeremy advocate for a client that was not his to motion for dismiss even though it was not his client. I then seen he will do anything to make sure I was good. I hired him later on that day to also represent me in my revocation for my deferred. He advocated for possible solutions to my case to the DA . For six months we went back in fourth to court and he always reassured me he got me and not to worry. Any questions I had for Kara his paralegal she answered and relayed to me. Jeremy was will to work with me with a payment plan option if case went to trial. However, he did not let that happen case was dismissed and my probation was not revocated that case will also be dismissed in 7 months!! I was at peace for the past few months because I knew I had an attorney that will fight w the law to protect my rights. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy and his team!

Jeremy Loew and Matt Roche fought for me in court over my MV accident for four years. Not only did Jeremy put me on a lien, so all of my medical bills were covered until I was paid but he was very kind to me through this process. I don’t know how I would’ve done it without him. Not only was my physical health taken from me, but my mental health. Towards the last year of my case, I lost myself entirely and no longer wanted to live. I came to Jeremy and told him to please give me the paperwork to allow my mom to receive my funds after I passed. Jeremy spoke to me like a friend during that time and asked if there was anything he could do to alleviate my problems, he said he could get me clothes, food, etc to help me get through this difficult time. I told him it was freezing in the camper I lived in and I needed a heated blanket to make it through the winter, he sent me one. That humanity he showed me saved me in that time, I put my feelings aside and continued my court case. Thank you Jeremy Loew and Matt Roche for not only winning me $165,000 total in court (two cases) but showing me that people still care about others in this city. I could not thank you both enough.
Mr. Loew was able to get my ticket completely dismissed, and Katey kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were also cheaper than all the other places I checked. Great experience alltogether.

Outstanding experience all round, he helped me in a tough time in my life, I can not put into words how much he did for me. Attorney Lowe is a fighter, he did not roll over until he felt it was fair, far better than I ever expected. Attorney Lowe restored my faith in the legal system, and lawyers in general, not a small task given the current world we live in! I highly recommend The Law Office of Jeremy Lowe for anyone looking for DUI help. I have no history being in trouble with the law and got my first DUI, and it was such a scary and intimidating process to try to understand and go through. I was referred to Matt at Jeremy's office by a friend, but I also did a lot of research and "interviews" with other law firms. I ended up going with Matt due to his expertise as a long-time prior district attorney/prosecutor. He was also head of the DUI team during the time he was there, so he really knew the ins and out of how to best handle my case. He helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout this entire process. He got me a great deal all things considering, and I'm so grateful for their office's support and expertise. I did have some contact with Jeremy, and he was also great to work with. Both are very smart, competent attorneys and are confident in court. They're laid back and friendly (and LGBTQ+ friendly for those who care because I do) and not at all intimidating. I really felt that as a team they had my best interest at heart, and I wasn't just another case. I also hate writing reviews, but if this can help someone else who is in the same position then it's worth it.

I can't thank Jeremy Loew, but more notably Matthew Roche, enough for finally putting an end to my well overdue personal injury case. Over 6 years ago I was injured in a car accident where the defendant was 100% at fault. As a result of the accident, I received back related injuries that negatively affected my day to day life. The insurance company would not settle on a fair amount so we took it to court. Matthew Roche represented me and I can not thank him enough. Because of him, I walked away with 3 times what the insurance company was offering me and now I will be able to to completely pay off my student loans. I was originally given Jeremy through the aid of Tessa on a permanent protection order. Jeremy Loew is the most up front and skilled attorney I have ever worked with. He was the first attorney to tell me exactly what I was being charged with when a mysterious warrant popped up on my background check when every other attorney wanted thousands of dollars just to tell me what I was being charged with.
Even during the COVID issues looming over the courts and everyday life he took care a not only getting a felony warrant eliminated where I didn't have to be processed or spend one second in jail, but got the entire case dismissed over the phone. He's a bulldog in the courts and gets the job done.

Thank goodness for people like Jeremy. Where do I even start? I recently got a DUI and refused to blow or do the blood test (that's a big no-no btw). During this time I was in nursing school and joining the AF Reserves and was freaking out. Jeremy came in on his day off (the morning after my dui) and talked to me for over two hours. He was very transparent and told that I was screwed, but things will be okay. He told me what to do to get the best outcome. DO WHAT HE SAYS! Do exactly what he says and do not put anything off. Jeremy knows what he is doing. My case got deferred, thank goodness! I was able to keep my license, no jail time, and no more issues. Jeremy was there for me, for my endless amounts of questions and anxiety. He never tried to sugarcoat things and will never give you a bullsh* answer. I appreciate Jeremy's honesty and transparency and the time he took to get to know me and take care of my case.
Responded very quickly, I hired him the first time to fight a marijuana DUI. I charged with a DUI, reckless driving, open container, and prohibited use of a firearm. He got everything reduced down to the DUI and careless driving. I was sentenced with it unsupervised probation with UAs until my education and therapy classes are completed (21 more weeks because I was proactive about it all.) Several months later I hired him over a speeding ticket while my DUI case was still court. I was charged with 21 over, no insurance, reckless driving, and driving under restraint. (my license got suspended but I did not know.) He got ever dropped, I ws charged with careless driving and got no points!!!! I recommend Jeremy to everyone I've made inmy classes and coworkers. He cost a bit but in my experience he's worth every penny. Very friendly and kind, he will fight for you and make sure you understand everything thats going on. I wish i hadnt procrastinated on starting my classes or I would already been with everything.

When I was in an auto accident and injured my back, I called a well known law firm in Colorado Springs. They were happy to take my case until the insurance company balked at paying my $10,000.00 medical bill. An attorney from the firm called and said they would be unable to represent me. I was faced with paying $10,000.00 out of pocked. I called three other local attorneys and all three declined to take my case. Finally, someone suggested Mr. Loew, and I contacted him. My case was complicated but Mr. Loew said he would represent me. He was able to get me 20 times the initial settlement. That paid my medical bills, and there was a cash settlement for me. I will first state that I reciew. However feel the need to comment on Jeremy's outstanding performance. I contacted Jeremy knowing I would need a lawyer. He literally called me back before I put my phone down(11:30 pm). Not concerned with the time he got me in his office first thing the next morning. At first I was mislead my his casual manner. More concerned with my occupation. Hobbies and personal lifestyle. We discussed my charges for maybe 3 minutes. I was a little confused. I expressed this with Jeremy. And explained it was his job to do the worrying. And that I had nothing to worry about. Lacking understanding of how the system works. Jeremy never left me with a feeling of being in the dark.. Still though every time we spoke it was as if he already knew the outcome. Again. Was a concern for me. How he was so sure. Until we had my first court case. Which was my ONLY! I showed up to his office. On the day of court. We walked. It felt as if I were talking to a friend. I was on edge. And he wanted to talk about everything but the matter. Back to the subject. We show up to court. On time. Which is where I saw why Jeremy seemed so confident with my case. Or any of his cases for that matter. HE KILLED IT! That's all I'm gonna say! A BEAST! His hard work goes a long way. And EVERY one on that court room knew who he was. My case was thrown out writhing 10 minutes. And I was on my way. We had my records sealed and it went the exact same way! I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER LAWYER. Words cannot begin to describe the skillset that Jeremy and his staff possess. He is confident, aggressive and passionate about his clients. I was wrongfully accused of domestic violence by my ex. She said I hit her, called the cops and had me thrown in jail. The cops didn't care about my side of the story and treated me like a piece of garbage.
When I came to Jeremy, I was a wreck. If the charge stuck, I could have very easily lost my security clearance for work, my son and my right to own firearms. Jeremy, while very upset with my ex, was able to keep me calm and focused on the task at hand. He mentioned his very impressive track record with these types of cases. He told me that everything would be fine - and he was right. My case was dismissed!!!

I went to Jeremy Loew after getting into some trouble with a traffic ticket. Once I handed the reigns to Jeremy, all my worries subsided as he took the job and ran with it. He ended up settling my ticket and getting the court to downgrade the charge from something semi-serious to something very minor. His tenacity was absolutely effective and I even recommended him to my friend who also had a major traffic ticket. I hope to never be in trouble with the law, but if I ever did again, Jeremy Loew would be the first person I would call!
