If I could give more stars, I would! The Law Offices Of Jose Alfredo Hernandez changed my life forever. I did the AOS through marriage with them. Before hiring this law firm I had seen multiple immigration lawyers who refused to take my case, I had lost all hope!! Until I booked a consultation with Jose, right away he was very honest and did not beat around the bush! He's literally the best and knows the ins and outs! He made it very clear what my possibilities were, but he was the only lawyer that gave us that leap of faith so we took it!!! 11 months later my green card got approved. Everyone I had an encounter with in this office was very professional! Julie was my case manager, she always kept me in the loop with any updates to my case. Isabella the front desk receptionist was phenomenal, she literally answered all my questions, if i had a concern or question she was there to help! Overall, i had an 10/10 experience! Moving forward I will always recommend this law firm!

Mr. Hernandez is a great criminal lawyer. He helped me a lot last year in a criminal case. After two of the top 10 lawyers in Orange County rejected my case, he took it and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Hernandez. If he hadn't helped me, my destiny would be different now.

For me he is an unprofessional person and very sharp and despotic, he does not let you talk or explain your case with something that he understands in his own way, he thinks he knows everything, he cuts you off quickly without giving you a chance to explain honestly, terrible for me, he never let us explain, he cut us off with his own story, I am truly sorry that I went to cooperate with $100 dollars and I think that is the biggest mistake that you pay first and maybe that is why it is like that he wants to kick you out as soon as you enter.

I see a lot of bad reviews over Jose Hernandez’s attitude or whatever you want to call it. The fact is I had hired Carlos Cruz from another firm , they dragged their feet and gave you all kinds of false hope. Several years pass and a lot of money and my case seemed to go nowhere. I had called around and spoke to many firms and I was recommend to law offices of Jose… we came in and sat down. What I liked about this place, they will tell you straight up if you have a chance or not. They won’t take your case and give you false hope if they feel like they can’t help you. He definitely helped me. I see a good amount of bad reviews over their attitude, this isn’t McDonalds. It’s a law firm. They have a ton of clients and so swamped. I definitely recommend this place. These guys and gals changed my life, literally. Update: Both my parents began looking around for an immigration attorney that could possibly help them out now, almost every immigration attorney told them they would have to leave the country for a couple years and pay a pardon fee. Finally my parents came and spoke to Jose Alfredo Hernandez and were hesitant to pay to consultation fee. Literally one year after that visit my parents have now received their green card. They didn’t have to pay a pardon or leave the country because of a loop hole attorney Jose found. These people have changed our lives!

He is a good lawyer but he is very expensive

The lawyer is honest, but ultimately, the decision is yours. Also, everyone who works in his office is kind and respectful; and for me, this atmosphere in the office inspires confidence. My case is complicated, but I hope everything turns out well. What's important is the lawyer's trustworthiness and honesty. I think I'm represented by the right lawyer for my immigration case.
