I had to call numerous times to get updates. These people are not helpful at all especially Marilyn. Incompetent people.
I constantly felt out of the loop regarding my case. Evidence I provided was not submitted to the state in time, so it was unable to be included in my case. When I showed up for my hearing, the lawyer and staff were surprised to see me. They thought the hearing was the following day (it wasn't).
I had an excellent experience working with Attorney Jose Gonzalez. From the very beginning, he was professional, attentive, and truly dedicated. He took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way, and I always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process.
