Mr. Richards please use another in between person to help you when new clients call in and try to seek your help. It's not a game when assistance is needed but are blocked by individuals who work for you that don't pay attention and run fees, benefits and compensation off to another Law Firm/Attorney's. If you instruct your workers to be of this tactic then you lose Real Claims & Real Clients.

I don’t recommend this place at all. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t even let me talk to Joseph or any attorney here.
