This lawyer ruined my residency case. He made the mistake of changing the year of my entry into this country after I had already sworn to the immigration judge at my court interview. Because of this lie, my case was denied. I do not recommend him to anyone. This lawyer is not professional, as others have mentioned, he has no experience, he did a poor job, and he only stole my money.
Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been unsatisfactory. I have perceived unfriendly treatment from the staff, especially the secretaries, who often behave unprofessionally and display a dismissive attitude toward clients. This can make one feel uncomfortable inquiring about their case or seeking assistance.
Regarding the attorney assigned to my case, I have found him to be frequently disorganized and irresponsible. While initially, the treatment was adequate when making the payment for a consultation, the service subsequently became substandard, and errors occurred in basic administrative procedures, such as dates and signatures.
Due to this mismanagement, I was forced to personally manage my case, which nearly cost me my case approval. For these reasons, I cannot recommend his services.
I was very fortunate to choose this great professional lawyer, Juan Carlos Bernardo. I wanted to renew my green card and made mistakes twice. I scheduled an appointment at his office, and in 10 days my case was resolved, as I also had my trip to Peru planned. He also helped us with the citizenship application for my autistic son, Wenceslao H. Mr. Bernardo listened attentively and resolved the case quickly. He has extensive knowledge of each procedure. Don't waste your time with others. I will never forget it. I highly recommend him: serious, effective, and fast. He has great charisma and is very approachable. 🎓
