I’ve spoken to Sabrina at the front desk multiple times regarding a court case I inquired about back in August 2022. I followed their instructions and sent the required funds, but despite numerous emails and calls, I have yet to hear from Haley or anyone else handling my case. I was initially told the process would take only a few weeks, but it has now been over 2.5 years, and I still have no updates on whether my case has been resolved. Extremely frustrating experience—would not recommend.

I have been using Mary Jane and Haley for over a year. I love them! They have become my family! They have saved me numerous times from my abuser, they have secured my custody with my babies, and I have had Mary Jane email me until 11pm to help me calm down before going in front of a Grand Jury. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for whatever law proceedings my future may entail. Thank you Mary Jane, Haley and Sabrina! I would be completely lost without all of you!! <3

She was very involved in my rapidly evolving case and did a wonderful job representing me. However I am disappointed she stopped taking my calls when the time came that I needed her again.

Terrible terrible communication. Do not use. They never respond to emails. Phone calls go to an answering service who states they will pass a message along, but still not response back. I have been waiting 2 months to hear back from Haley with many follow ups going unresponded

Best lawyer in Binghamton. She'll work her tail off for you. Just be honest with her. And Mary Jane will give you her all to win your case. She made the impossible, Possible.

I did not have a good experience. Every time I reached out with questions or updates on my case I had to call several times back to back and send multiple emails before receiving a response and some times I never did receive a response. Total waste of money and would not recommend.

This was such a disheartening and terrible experience. I trusted this office to handle my adoption case where I was adopting my stepdaughter ( husband's daughter). She was 9 months when we started this process she will be 4 in October. It is June & I had to let them go and no longer require services so that I could take over myself. In 3 years and with a down pymt nothing for my adoption case was handled. They lost personal documents of my families when relocating offices birth certificate, ssc ect.... When I spoke to the courts I found a lot had not been handed in as far as updated documents ie. reference letters that needed signatures or writing from another person ect...( which had in fact been handed in by me.) I would need to repeat things like finger printing ect because of deadlines not carried out. After 3 years I am now starting from scratch myself in order to achieve the result I want. Adoption is a serious,personal * very emotional process and they made it miserable and stressful. I didn't get responses to multiple emails and I would have to call numerous times just to get a rep asking me to leave a message 9 out of 10 times. This to me was the perfect example of a firm having so much money they don't care about your money time or how important the case is to you. This was horrible and I wish I could go back and choose better. This office drained the joy & beauty that came with this process.
