I have to say that from the start, I felt like my nerves and fear were settled and I felt like I was being heard and understood. Things didn’t feel so dreadful. Family law issues are so personal and it’s like trusting a stranger to handle them was overwhelming. Pardeep made me feel like my case wasn’t just another case but an important case and that it would be handled as such. He hasn’t proved that to be wrong ever. I would highly recommend his services.

BEST LAWYER EVER. Family law is stressful. Emotional. And picking the wrong lawyer could be the biggest mistake you ever make. The one before Bains took weeks to get a meeting with. It’s more than money. You need a lawyer who will tell you the truth/ cut through the crap. Not have you dangled without answers for months. When I hired Bains, he told me that he was going to do whatever it took to keep cost as low as possible. He answered emails on time. Calls. He isn’t the lawyer who just stacks up cases for profit. In my personal case. Mother moved out of state. I didn’t see my daughter for 7 months. Didn’t even know what she looked like. When we got into court, it was like a movie scene. I got rights instantly. Bains is the GOAT.

While Mr. Bains was able to successfully assist me with filing my response with the court, I feel his delivery of some of the advice he gave me was a bit on the condescending side. For example, I raised a question regarding the court fees associated with me filing my response. He responded in a way that came off as though he was trying to coach me on how to approach and interact with the court clerks; as if I previously gave off the impression that I may not know how to speak to people. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 16. I’m 31 now, and more than proficient at developing rapport with people and interacting with others in a professional setting. While I appreciate the warning, I feel it was off base, unnecessary, and in no way related to the original question that was asked of him. All in all, his assistance helped me beat the case that was wrongfully brought against me. He has my many thanks for that.
