Had a very awful experience with Mr. Gagnuik. First thing I didn't like was when I first spoke to him he didn't tell me I really didn't need him but of course would be better if I had hired him. Second was he didn't really give me a real receipt after I had paid him. So after I had paid this man he told me he would be in contact before my first court date which never happened. On my way to my first court date I called him wondering what was going on. He told me he was out of town and couldn't make so not only was he not there for me he never even got back to me so I had to go in alone. I had to come back another day so I told myself if he shows up on time ill give him benefit of the doubt. Go to my next court date I walk in he's not there they call my name I go up and handle it on my own. Just as its ending he shows up and is surprised that I didn't wait for him. (Sorry life doesn't stop because you want it to!) So in front of everyone very nicely ask for a refund. he tells me he went out of his way to come down here that there was no refund. So I ask him what did he even do to earn the money? He tells me again he took the time to come down to the court office. I tell him I'll allow him to keep $50 for his time after arguing back and forth for a good ten minutes. He tells me he will give me $100 OF MY OWN MONEY BACK TO GO AWAY! WOW really that how you talk to some one who has giving you money up front for basically doing nothing I was shocked and pissed so I told him fine but I would go online and write a review. that's when he got scared and said he wasn't gonna be extorted. In all honesty that's what he was doing to me. so I tell him I want my full refund back. he says he will give me a check. I reply ah no cash like I gave you. He says ok as long as I didn't go online a write a review. I agree. I wasn't going to write this review but I couldn't allow someone else to have an awful experience like I had not say it will happen to you but I wanted people to know my experience. I wouldn't ever hire this man again!! Granted I did get my full refund back in cash but still!!
