Paul was very upfront since the beginning and answered my questions and helped me with guidance in such a difficult time during child custody matters. Paul represented me and was great. I would definitely refer him.

This man is the definition of integrity, hard work and compassion. If you want an ethical, hard working lawyer who cares about doing good and won’t overcharge you, this is your man. He helped me when I thought all was lost. He treated me with respect and worked hard to advocate for me without judgement. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Look no further!

After dealing with Mr Toepel our case totally lost now my case is devastated

This is not my client. This is a review that only came about after I took up a difficult case involving an opposing party that had self-control and other serious issues. He is upset about the ongoing status of his case, which is entirely attributable to his own actions and complete lack of self control. I will continue to zealously represent my client and work as hard as I can to protect her and their minor child from danger and abuse. Bullying, bad reviews, threats on my voicemail, screaming, ranting and raving in court will not deter me or influence my resolve and dedication to my client. It only serves to empower me and sharpen my focus and resolve. I know more than ever that she needs a strong advocate in her corner.

This attorney did not meet my expectations of responsiveness. I had to chase this attorney around and then was blamed for all the other work/cases he took upon himself. It was not a pleasant experience working with Paul D. Toepel Jr.
