I don’t know where to start. Let’s see, for starters, Mr. Robert Carter is a gem. No, he’s a DIAMOND in the ruff, LITERALLY. He’s so POLITE, CARING, HONEST, SWEET, KIND AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, GENUINE. We seeked his services for a house we wanted to purchase in Chittenango, NY and from the first call to our last call he never changed up on us, although, we never made the purchase. I mean, talk about a genuine soul. He helped us EVERY, I mean EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! He answered ALL OF OUR PHONE CALLS and EMAILS. And when he was busy, he let us know he would call us back as soon as possible, which he did. He was never to busy for us. He broke down multiple contracts in laments terms for us each time we had to get it revised. He always gave us his undivided attention and never rushed us off a call with him. He made sure we understood everything before we ended each call. We honestly felt like he was heaven sent. I can go on about his ethics and nurturing, caring side we experienced, but just know if you are looking for a HUMAN WITH INTEGRITY, and MORALS AND A COMMITMENT TO HIS CLIENTS, ID SAY HIRE MR. ROBERT CARTER. THERE IS NO ONE. BETTER, NO ONE. His receptionist is also very sweet and soft spoken. The overall experience with his office is just magical and it’s what we lack nowadays. So to experience it first hand, is a breath of fresh air and honestly shows us there’s still amazing, non money hungry, non caring individuals still left in a world of vultures.
