Jeff was kind, patient, and so wonderful at explaining everything for my Mom and I. My Mom has been through a number of life changing difficulties recently, and having Jeff’s help was extremely reassuring. The whole team was so lovely and accommodating, and a usually stressful process became less riddled with anxiety because of Jeff’s professionalism and knowledge. I can’t thank him enough for everything.
