Trying to find a attorney for legal help though Metlife. Sean Soon reached out to me and was completely rude and found myself arguing with him instead of him trying to help me with my situation. I definitely would never pick an attorney like him to represent me. Also, Mr. Soon was rude to my CSR last week while was in a meeting.

None of my actual client’s have ever given me a one star review. All of my one star reviews are from providing a free, telephone consultation, where I inform the caller that they have a major problem with their case, or their understanding of the law is incorrect, and it seems that their case is “bad.” This really angers people. Unfortunately, I have never found a gracious way to inform a person of bad news.<br><br> Trina, I stand by my advice and recommendations. Remember, my job is to provide truthful and accurate information. I do not lie. First of all, I cannot take your case because I do not have enough time to prepare for your trial. Secondly, never take a case to trial unless you have a solid Defense and a Good chance of Winning. The costs of losing are severe. You were very vague on the charges, but it sounds like a § 62 offense. Many of those are strict liability, and therefore your defenses won’t work. Lastly, accusing the police, government, school and other institutions of negligence or incompetence is not a defense. Your case will not be dropped even if you can prove that the Police failed to do their job. <br><br> I stand by my recommendations. The best way to have your case dropped is to talk to the DA and plead your special circumstances, or negotiate for a deferral or diversion. I know you want to win, so I wish you the best of luck.

One of the best law offices in the city of Denver. Not only is Sean Soon equitable, but he is incredibly aware of the system and is an advocate for the individual experience. Very direct, contextual, and an honest!

Called him for a consultation a few days ago; and while I appreciate being straightforward, he was just straight up rude and talked down the whole time I was on the phone with him. Being blunt and straightforward does not mean you need to sacrifice empathy.
