I hired Ms. Leydiker based on strong recommendations, but my experience was disappointing. The most serious mistake was her failure to serve the restraining order, despite assuring me it would be done. Because of this oversight, we lost the opportunity to pursue felony charges against the opposing party, which compromised my case. She also showed no clear legal strategy, at one point advising me to turn down a job offer just to claim hardship. In court, she appeared unprepared, and her billing lacked transparency, making it difficult to understand how such high fees were justified. While others may have had better outcomes, my experience was marked by weak strategic direction. Future clients should proceed with caution and ask detailed questions before hiring her.

Tanya is an absolutely brilliant attorney and really cares about the clients that she represents. I became aware of Tanya’s practice during a recent divorce and DV situation involving my former associate and the spouse. I ended up testifying for Tanya’s client once I learned how manipulating and dangerous the associate I thought I knew really was. Tanya has really fought for her client who has gone through living hell because of her spouse. The spouse wanted to murder her! This same person soaked me for a lot of money and stole from me. It was a frightening situation for many involved with the woman. Tanya has been such a support to her client during the whole troubling situation. Hopefully it will end this month and all will be well for Tanya’s client who did not deserve what the gold digging, narcissistic did to her. Love was blinding in this affair! However, this has left my ex feeling like she was thrown under the bus. I assure you, my review is based on my own perspective and I’m not motivated by retaliation.

Tanya was highly recommended by a friend of mine, who went through a similar situation. After attempts to settle our divorce ourselves and through a mediator failed I went to Tanya Leydiker for advice. Since my husband didn’t want to divorce, we tried different routes such as legal separation and post nuptial agreement, neither one of which pleased my ex.
