I called yesterday to request a consultation & spoke to a lovely young woman who assured me they'd get back to me soon. Called this morning to follow up & got "the regular scheduler," who proceeded to brush me off by saying, and I quote, "well you mentioned WPS (women's protective services) and he doesn't have time for that." I held my tongue & called back this afternoon to ask if Mr. Ware would maybe bother speaking to me since they said the quiet part out loud like that, or if I should just put in the bar complaint about discriminating against abuse victims, and this time the lady started babbling (incorrectly) about it not being the right area of law, so she scoffed and said I couldn't because he didn't represent me. You can't refuse service based on that.
Racquel Ware, formerly Blaylock, rented me a house in college a decade ago, and then she stopped taking my phone calls when I asked for my security deposit back after moving out. Coldblooded. Would not do business with her again.
Travis helped me with a child custody case. He was very attentive, helpful and calming. He understood the severity of my situation and talked me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on. I will recommend him to anyone dealing with a child custody case and will always be grateful for what he’s done for me and my child
Travis was a tremendous help during my divorce and child custody matters. He guided me through mediation and got me the outcome I wanted without ever having to go to court. Highly recommend!
I was blessed to have such great representation. No one wants to have to deal with family law but Mr. Ware was the right fit for my situation. We got the result we set out for. I highly recommend for men in child custody situations.
Well I paid 10,000 and I truly felt he didn’t do anything for my son! He always made excuses he wasn’t able to reach him to talk about the case; he’s a lawyer! Every time I called the office he wasn’t available and I would leave messages which would never be answered. So the system is corrupted and I feel I threw away 10,000 in the trash. All I asked was a reduced sentence nothing more. I’ve seen others have a worse background and receive less or not have a paid lawyer (court appointed) and receive less or the same as my son. I do believe everyone should pay the price of their actions including my son; I just wanted a reduced sentence for him. Heartbroken mom!
I paid a $7,500 retainer, and talked to Mr. Ware a total of two times on the phone. My divorce was final January 7th, and I have contacted the office staff multiple times to see if I am owed any excess retainer funds. I was told it would be 7-10 business days. My first request for the excess retainer funds was in February, the second was in April, and the third was in May. It is now mid June. I was also emailed a waiver of arraignment for a criminal case for someone else back in January.
***UPDATE***
It is now August 28th, and I still have not received my excess retainer funds though I've called many more times. This place is a joke.
Called again 9/2. I finally received an invoice, and I got charged for sending emails asking for an update on my excess retainer funds. This is the reason attorneys have such bad reputations.
Travis and team were a great help in getting me a more favorable outcome. They were very organized and responsive, directing me through each step of the process.
Travis Ware’s legal services helped me tremendously. I was in continuous communication with him and Gail, they all stayed on top of everything to ensure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance.
