Was in a car accident back in mid June 2025. Case manager has not been active. Still have yet to hear about when the funds will be distributed. Now my ambulance bill was handed to debt collectors that are texting and calling my phone.

I can’t begin to speak enough good praise for this firm. If you are wondering about your settlement pay out (WE ALL ARE!) don’t not with them. Anyway, I mostly took notice how Ms. Phyllis Parker tended to all my concerns, answered all my calls and even took time to lend a ear when I need someone to talk to during troubling times with family emergencies.
