I’m writing this review to try and help anyone that reads this. This gentleman is not it. He makes you feel like he knows his stuff knows all his old Colleagues from the DA where he worked and knows the ins and outs of things. Well he sure knows the ins to getting your money and out the court room leaving you half ways through your case. He promised over and over him and his staff as I singed the contract that there will be no more fees or surprises not till jury trial. 5/12 court dates he shows up to and now says it’s taking for eve he’ll skip the first good 5-7 courts and comes the last few courts does nothing to help the case or move it fast and next thing you know he’s demanding more money. Tells me to stop grabbing the green form because him and his staff got my back and that’s why I paid them only for them not to call and remind me of court and lie to me saying I’m clear and out of the fire zone to only find out there’s warrants out for my arrest. Demands money on missing court when it was their fault for advice and not to grab the form or contacting me about up coming dates. Brags about how many years he’s doing this but can’t manage to do his job right the way he puts him self up there when he’s not who he clams to be. Money hungry and carless is all I got left.

Hi, Everybody Albert Garcia and his staff are amazing! I was arrested for a DUI at the Tulare AG Expo on 2/14/24. I was standing outside of my vehicle and flagged a CHP officer down for assistance and he assumed I was the driver and turned the investigation on me. The DMV suspended my license for 1 year because I refused to submit to a blood test.
