My girlfriend and I were in Colorado on a six month vacation when my girlfriend got struck by a car while crossing the road, one week prior to having to drive to Canada to comply with her visa. This was an extremely stressful time for us due to her injuries. On top of this we were not familiar with the mind field that is the US health system nor the local rules and laws. Although the driver was at fault (full liability was admitted), we had a number of issues with our travel insurance coverage which left us out of pocket. After employing the services of Ben Norton, he was able to negotiate a settlement to help cover our remaining expenses as well as cover off a whole raft of other requirements that would have been hard for us to do given we had moved to Canada already. This removed a tremendous amount of stress from us meaning we could focus on recovery and not the financial aspects. We will be forever grateful to Ben for this. We found Ben to be very professional, approachable, and extremely easy to deal with. We felt that Ben had our best interests at heart throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Norton to any potential clients. We found his service to be excellent. Ben Norton screwed up a simple clerical error, and cost me everything, after I was rear~ended by a semi in my Miata, in 2016. They got my date of loss incorrect, even though their own internal records show it correctly. ... I guess the only cool thing about this whole debacle, is that I'd would be getting a "ceast & desist" order from Paul Fischer & Ben Norton, if I was lying, and I'd have to pull my review.
