I totally agree with ms jay , I have a family member who was in an accident almost 5 years ago ,they never try helping fm on anything, fm had 2 surgery because of the accident so now he’s limited to any work fm doesn’t a clue who is his lawyer or anything about the case. These reviews can’t be trusted

I truly do not understand how this place has so many great reviews. I’m honestly shocked. My experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a lawyer you will never actually see, then sure — this is the place for you. If you enjoy staff playing with the buzzer while you’re trying to get into the office,— sure. If you like calling and no one being able to tell you what’s going on with your case, — sure. If you enjoy being sent to therapy in an Uber the office paid for, only to be told once you arrive that you can’t attend — and then being told to call the lawyer, who also can’t explain why — sure. If you enjoy being told “we’ll call you Monday,” and then having to follow up three weeks later because Monday apparently doesn’t mean Monday — sure. I was eventually sent a letter stating that I had been dropped as a client after expressing concerns about the two young women assigned to me, who were neither helpful nor knowledgeable. Even better, after being dropped, someone from the office called me and spoke as if I was still in their care — clearly unaware of their own decision. I let her finish speaking just to see where this conversation was even going. It went nowhere. Shocking. I was under their care in October 2024, and it took me this long to write this review because I needed time to fully process how poorly run this operation was. This review reflects my experience. Bryan is a great attorney. I had a lingering case where the first hired attorney did absolutely nothing, then dropped my case. Bryan graciously agreed to represent me, because he had won two of my brother’s cases. Bryan’s firm worked hard to get my case heard, and settled after 8, years!! Yes I said 8 years!
