Just wrapped up my C&R settlement with Mr. Leiser and Sue working their tails off over there! They have many years experience and know this system inside and out! Don't be afraid to ask Sue anything, as she'll clear it up for you sometimes within minutes!! I know there's more staff there that also help them so much so that they're able to focus on getting you your money! Thanks so much to everyone over there at the Law office of Bryan K. Leiser!!
I absolutely 100% recommend this law office! Everyone who helped me on my very unexpected journey made it absolutely simple. They stayed in very well communication with me and explained everything every single step of the way. Bryan was very kind and professional, Sue was the first one I started working with and she was the one who sold me with choosing this firm. And Heather… don’t even get me started! She was the greatest help. She explained every tiny detail to me, reassured me, and was able to make some very emotional moments so much easier by being supportive and listening to all things! I hope in the future I never have to deal with some of the things that I did but knowing that they are here to help, that lets me know exactly where to go! You all were amazing from start to finish! You all keep being wonderful and blessings to you all! Perfect job and I have no notes! 10/10! 100% RECOMMEND!!! (:
I contacted Mr. Leiser’s office after a worker’s compensation doctor who was treating my back injury told me that it was too late to do anything about an abdominal hernia I had suffered and since I had insurance I should just pay for things myself. At the same time it became obvious that my employer had no intention of giving me the care I needed and was entitled to receive.
Most people who get a boo-boo at work can get through the worker’s compensation system with relative ease. However, if you are seriously injured, as I was, and you have an employer intent on making things as difficult as possible, as mine was, you’re definitely going to need help navigating a complicated worker’s compensation process.
Brian and his staff had the knowledge and the willingness to fight on my behalf and got me the medical care I needed despite all of the roadblocks that my employer and their attorney threw at us.
Heather Elizondo was absolutely fantastic. She always replied to my emails promptly and patiently addressed my concerns and questions. No small feat considering my penchant for sarcasm when faced with high levels of frustration. I will be forever grateful for her kindness and understanding.
The very first time I met with Brian he made me one promise. He would get me every nickel I was entitled to. After 10 years, three surgeries, several years of rehabilitation, and a disability rating of nearly 90% he kept that promise.
Thank you to everyone at the law office of Brian K. Leiser.
I hired Bryan K. Leiser's law firm within 3 days of having hired another law firm falsely rated the top WC law firm in Fresno County.
I literally knew within seconds of speaking with Bryan via phone, I had made one of the best decisions of my life firing my former attorney. I felt heard, supported, and confident I was going to be well taken care of during this incredibly challenging time.
The very next day, I was contacted and scheduled for the initial case review appointment with Sue Sharp. Sue will be your Hearing Representative with tremendous experience, knowledge, professionalism, and down-to-earth saavy-grit who has been Bryan's right-hand gal for 23 plus years. She knows the business inside-and-out of the business and will become of tremendous value to you. I PROMISE!
Sue reviews case details, the hiring of the firm, reviews every detail of the contract/process, and answers the numerous questions you are bound to have initially and through-out the entirety of your case. In addition, she will be
your direct liaison who masterfully and tactfully coordinates your comprehensive case needs quietly behind the scenes, but ninja like along the way. Sue will be doing the majority of the leg work necessary to propel your case needs forward as expeditiously and effectively as possible.
Be Good To Sue! You will soon notice she is your most valuable team member, advocate, and on your side at all times.
As a first time WC injury former client of Bryan's, I would like to pass on some wisdom. To be frank, the process for your injury case is going to be challenging, hard, painful, traumatic, exhausting, discouraging, frustrating, SLOW, and Lengthy (at best) on a good day. There are going be hopeful days as well as, angry days in which you feel you are unable to make single inch of progress, let alone heal from your injury.
Depending on the extent of your injury, there will be times you don't even recognize yourself, your emotions, your behavior, and often may feel like you are in fight-or-filght mode continuously and that your life is out of control without choices or options.
YOU WILL WANT TO GIVE UP! I promise you that! Trust me! I have great empathy for your current and upcoming challenges and fight to get your life back. DON'T GIVE UP! If I can make it out successfully of the 2.5 year nightmare and intense hardships, you will too. There is hope and recovery on the other side of this experience.
You can do it with this outstanding team side-by-side with you. They will always fight for you. I learned along the journey I had to step back and let them fight for me for awhile.
Lastly, do your part, stay diligent, informed, organized, supported, and educate yourself specific to the process and your needs so you can assist your team and family. They will go through it also.
This is your life. Though you were removed from the life you knew before your injury, it is essential to your recovery and future that you stay engaged, involved, and a willing participant in your journey regardless of the extent of injury.
Good luck and well wishes for your recovery.
I'm so impressed with the way that Sue and Mr. Leiser handled my worker's compensation case every time I had a worry and emailed Sue she would always email me back with encouragement it's been 3 years and there still fighting for me I thank both of you so much.

This firm did a really good job for me. My case was very complicated. Ask for Sue Sharp. Her name speaks for itself. She really knows her S!#t. My case was long and complicated and it took several years from beginning
to end.
Bryan and his team are amazing, over 8 years standing by my side with my work comp case then getting me the maximum award at the end was truly awesome. Thank you all so much I will miss working with you
The Law Office worked on my case for about 8 1/2 years if my math is right. I had cumulative injuries that resulted in 4 surgeries lots of PT and aftercare. Mr. Leiser was a pleasure to work with and fought for me regarding multiple issues. They were able to get me the best medical care which is really unheard of with Workman's Comp. It was along process and Heather the Legal assistant worked hard to keep me as updated as she could. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help working thru the Workman's Comp system. My settlement was good and I know that was because of Mr. Leiser.
