Terrible communication and customer service. I've been dealing with Wava for six months, and they keep coming up with something different. I've given them over $4,000, and they haven't done a thing. Don't waste your time or money.

Horrible service, they never answer calls, it's always different people who answer, people who know nothing about the issue and are completely unhelpful. This Michell Rivera is impossible to talk to; something always seems to be wrong, and she's never available to answer your questions. I've been asking for my waiver receipt, the one USCIS sends, for over a year to see if they did their job and sent my paperwork. It's been over a year and they haven't sent me anything. I don't know what's going on. I finished paying everything and they still haven't resolved anything. I had to go to the fingerprinting office last week, even though they supposedly sent my waiver two years ago. What I'm thinking is that they didn't do anything, that's why they refuse to send me even a single email with the receipt so I can prove that they did send the paperwork two years ago. That's all I want. It's been over a year and they don't answer me or send me a receipt. Don't use the services of this so-called firm; they're useless. Don't waste your money, and I encourage you to report this firm online. You can find out where to file a complaint.

From the moment I walk into the office of this law firm I found a peace of hope but when I met Michell that day of my appointment I felt so calm and such hopes became strong and full of good news went other law firm here in Las Vegas wouldn’t help at all just telling me I had opportunities of a case well guess what Michell did , God bless her and her family and Antonio Delgado for everything you guys did as a team . Horrible service specially when you deal with “paralegals” “Michelle Rivera” , they don’t do their job , and also when you call them you can never communicate with them not even have an appointment. Don’t ever think on get their services.

The worst office in Las Vegas. Don't go there if you don't want to lose your money. We've been seeking help since May, and all they've done is lie to us and take our money. They've been lying to us for over two months, and they haven't even worked on our case. When I call, they hang up on me or tell me they'll give me the information and then call me back, but they never do. They're incredibly disrespectful, to say the least. Seriously, don't waste your time or money with them.

In 2019 I started my process with them and it was excellent! Michelle Rivera was with me from day 1, very attentive and responsible in her work, without a doubt she is the best at what she does.
