Don't go here if you have the chance. Look for another place that actually cares about your case. I handled my case with this office, and to get any documents, I always had to be constantly calling and waiting at their pace. I had to call repeatedly, frustrated, before they finally paid any attention to me. My mother-in-law paid more than half the total, and they only completed about 10% of the work. Even so, they demanded full payment without showing any real progress. It's a waste of time and money. They basically stopped working on the case because we didn't want to keep paying without seeing any results. Saraí was defensive when she spoke with her. To this day, we're still waiting for the documents, and they simply don't respond. According to them, Michelle no longer works there, but when you have a major claim, she reappears, and then they go back to saying she doesn't work there. For them, this seems like a game, but for us, it's not. So please, if you're reading this, you're still waiting for the documents you requested over a month ago.
