Roxy is the best! Went in for a consultation and next day boom. She was so informative and to the point. She listened to our concerns and got us a solution. She not only had a plan A for us but a plan B just in case. I really wish we would have went to her in the first place but everything happens for a reason. We cannot wait to use her again so that our family can be complete 💕
Let me begin by saying that I am not a spammer. A few weeks ago, Roxy posted on her Facebook page for everyone to go and leave her a 5 star review because she said some “spammers hit their page”. I just recently went through a very ugly divorce. Celeste was very nice and supportive at first and had me take in all kind of documents and evidence for my case. She even told me that since we were married over 30 years, that I would be able to get up to 20% of his annual income for permanent spousal support. Long story short, none of the evidence I provided was used in my case. Instead of the reason for divorce being Adultry, the final decree said Insupportability, which means no one is at fault. I never was told this or agreed to this until it was too late. Also, there was a Mediation, which Roxy was there for. She totally screwed me over and agreed to several things I was not aware of. I told Celeste, in the court room, before we stood in front of the judge, that I wanted her to at least try to get some support for me. She didn’t. She told me that I would have plenty of money and that I would be fine, even though I am unemployed. Another thing, it was an act of congress to get a response from anyone in her office. They did not keep me informed. I had to call and email multiple times and get ugly before I would get a call back. And they even charge you when you speak to the receptionist! Roxy proceeded to send me an email at the end of the divorce telling me that they do not tolerate disrespect and would not represent me if it happened again. I did nothing except tell the paralegal, Elizabeth, that I did not want to speak to Roxy because she was rude and disrespectful, which she was. It almost felt like they were representing the opposing party because he ended up a lot better off than me! Do not waste your time or money. This ended up costing me over $14,000 and I still lost! Find an attorney that is on your side! And you can see by the very ugly defensive response, breaking attorney/client confidentiality, exactly what I mean!
Owner response
Since you have waived attorney/client privilege, Ms. Thurmon, I will respond. Yes, we did withdraw because you cussed out our staff repeatedly. I understand that you were upset about being arrested and your night in jail, but we had nothing to do with that. As we told you, we have zero tolerance for clients mistreating our staff. Also, you forgot to mention that you agreed to settle your divorce in mediation and a part of that mediated settlement agreement was the grounds of divorce - insupportability, not adultery. As we discussed numerous times, a court must sign a divorce decree based on your signed mediated settlement agreement. Your husband did NOT get more than you, and based on the large payment you received in cash for your home ($160,000) and your $65,000 income earned in the last three months of 2024, you did not qualify for spousal support in Texas, which were not the initial facts discussed at the initial consult. Also, it took all I had to continue representing you when you continually claimed there were MEXICANS in your home with your husband, based on the cars outside the home. I honestly should have withdrawn sooner. Nevertheless, we wish you well.
Roxy and Celeste were very professional and helped me through my divorce during my pregnancy. I probably drove them wild with all my inquiries, but the outcome was what I wanted, and very grateful for them.
I love how professional Celeste and Roxy were. They made the process so smooth and easy. It was always very easy to contact anyone at the office. It’s been a few years and Roxy and I still keep in contact.

Thank you for your review! Once a client, always a part of the family!
Roxy, and Celeste have advised my business partner and I more times than I'd like to admit.
So grateful to have a team that cares to see their clients do and get what's best for them.
Highly reccomend working with their office for family, buisness, probate, and other legal services.
Owner response
Working together to create a better future is the top of our priority list! Thank you both for keeping us in mind for all your needs!
Received on time, affordable, and respectful trust/will services here. Didn't pay a dime I wasn't aware of.
Thank you for the amazing experience. I'd recommend to anyone in the Texas area.
Owner response
Thank you, Sherry! We loved being there for your family and hope that we will always be your first call for any of your future needs!
I definitely do not recommend this attorney.I paid her five thousand dollars and she didn't even have the petition served . My new attorney has been trying to get a billing statement to help me get some money back and that was three months ago. The entire staff grace nicole and celeste are so unprofessional
Owner response
Working on it, but responding to all of Witchita Falls gets pricey!
