I called Craig Walkon's office this afternoon. To my surprise, he answered. I was not talking to a receptionist or waiting to hear from "in-take." I was talking with a real lawyer who actually answered the phone. Craig was respectful, kind, and spent time with me to explain things in detail. He did not take my case; however, I respect the fact that he was honest, straight-forward, and made sure I understood. He could have brushed me off, but he didn't. He could have told me he wasn't taking the case, which he did, but he went the extra mile to understand what my family was going through; he listened. I have already emailed his information to family members telling them that if they need a lawyer, they should call him first. Thank you, Craig. I truly appreciate your time and the talk.

5 Star couldn't express our appreciation to Mr. Walkon. After suffering a terrible medical malpractice, my husband and I literally contacted every lawyer in our local area with little interest in our case or belief that there was any value in the case to them. I was so disappointed and frustrated. We eventually came in contact with Mr. Walkon and from our initial consultation we knew he was the right choice for us. He is very knowledgeable and professional on medical malpractice case. His belief and confidence in our case from our first conversation through its resolution has been greatly appreciated. The clarity and communication Mr. Walkon and his office provided during this case has been top notch. Should any future issue arise for our family we will not hesitate to choose Mr. Walkon again. Y&M
