can't thank enough and appreciate David Boertje, and his WONDERFUL Staff. I had my first DUI and was very concerned with the situation and on how to approach it. I had to keep my license because I drive for work and that was my main goal. I had spoken to a few attorneys prior to Mr. Boertje and they all gave me pretty similar scenarios, but the confidence, the reassurance and the step by step of what he would do to help my case gave me confidence that he can handle my situation. Not only that, but David answered my call on a Sunday afternoon, when others I couldn't get through, so at that moment I made my choice to have him represent me. The process of documents, courts, DMV hearing, and everything that I had zero knowledge of was thoroughly explained which made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was hidden from me and Kimberly was extremely helpful with making sure all my questions were answered. She helped me with the documents and was always attentive to my needs and reassuring. She was extremely wonderful and great help with the process as well!! In the end, I did keep my license and things turned out to be much better than expected. By far David has to be the best criminal attorney around. He has helped me through 7 separate cases. He is extremely professional and very aggressive. I wouldn't hire anyone else. If you want a great criminal law attorney, hire him as your criminal lawyer. Highly recommended!
