He charges too much for services, always ask for more money, won’t show up in immigration court but will only send a representative. He bites his nails nervously and doesn’t like to look you in the eye. I terminated him and used Robert Martinez and all my paperwork was completed in no time and he showed up to federal plaza for immigration hearing. Good luck using Mr. Sterling.
