I highly recommend David Rose for anyone dealing with a workers' compensation claim. Mr. Rose is in a different league. He was accessible around the clock—I could call or text him weekends, and holidays and I always get a reply the same day.
He is very direct and explains things in plain English. After my accident, I struggled with being forgetful, and Mr. Rosen recognized that immediately. He took the extra initiative to follow up every phone call, email sent with a text reminder for my appointments. Without that extra effort on his part, there is no way I could have successfully continued my claim.
Above all, he respected that my kids are my top priority. He understood that my life revolves around them and handled my case with that in mind. If you want a lawyer who is highly responsive, down-to-earth, and actually looks out for your best interests, Mr. Rose is the best there is, period.
Lazy. These reviews have got to be fake. He'll just berate you. Only wants low hanging fruit. Will not "fight" for anything. He's a coward. Not a fighter. If there's any real sweat involved it's not happening. Botched my case by not referring out to appropriate attorneys before statute of limitations expired. Didn't even know symptoms even though they were written from the beginning. I wouldn't recommend. I choose them because they were a small firm, I thought that I'd get more attention or better treatment than from a large firm. I was wrong.... theres no "master mind alliance". Firm is too small to know how to do anything beyond the basics. Definitely cares more about his pockets than if you're dead in a hospital. Need an ER. He told me to get another attorney when I reached out in an extreme pain, saying I can't go to the ER because the correct body parts aren't covered. Was stupid enough to call me emotional. You don't know me. And I don't want to know you. Everyone who knows me knows that I'm calm cool and collected in the face of adversity. He had the audacity to use that phrase when he's sitting there raising his voice, while you're in severe pain from an assault. My responses were nothing but appropriate given the tragic circumstances, and he was nothing but vile. Arrogant.... if someone switches attorneys, that's on their own time. Not yours. You don't get to dictate that. Especially when medical facts are still arising. Also, according to other attorneys, he lied about what I'm entitled to because he either doesn't know how to get it or he's too lazy.
Another reviewer said he had an attitude , something else. It looks like he put the wrong score by accident

David & his team patiently worked on my complicated case for about six years. They delved deep into my case, assisting me in getting the right treatment & compensation that I needed to heal. Thank you 🙏🏻
David Rosen was very good for me . I had a not so good situation and reached out to David for help . He fixed it and got my situation back on track . He is great with communication and explaining things so you can understand what’s happening. He also went the extra mile to reach out to a medical office to rectify a problem I was having there . Feel comfortable knowing David Rosen law offices is on your side .
I couldn’t have asked for a better workers’ compensation attorney. From the very first conversation, they were clear, responsive, and genuinely invested in my case. They explained every step of the process, kept me informed, and made an otherwise stressful situation manageable. Their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a workers’ comp claim.
Slow to respond , attitude , in negotiations I asked him to negotiate a little bit more. He did and took it as attorney fees after there was already an offer. Not to bad but believe me there’s better.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with David Rosen and his team for the past four years. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. Mr. Rosen guided me every step of the way and always made me feel heard and valued. His knowledge and dedication truly made a difference in my case. I highly recommend the Law Office of David Rosen to anyone seeking honest and effective legal help!
