If I had the ability to place a zero, I would. I utilize Eli Moore’s services through my employer’s legal plan, and I am uncertain whether he represented me in court or not because he never mentioned if he argued in my behalf. Despite maintaining an impeccable driving record for two decades, I was found guilty. He assured me that the ticket, issued in 2020, would not result in points on my record, as the court date was scheduled for June 2025 (court date pushed back due to Covid). However, I have received points on my record, and my insurance premiums have significantly increased. Although the ticket was issued in 2020, it appears on my record as if it was resolved in 2025. Upon discussing this matter with him, he stated that the conviction would eventually be expunged over time. However, I am unsure what steps I should take to address this issue as he stated, “what do you want me to do about it”
