I reached out for medical malpractice representation. I was told my case wasn't worth pursuing bc even if I won the money awarded wouldn't even covered the legal costs. So even though my doctor performed an unauthorized medical procedure that left me with permanent nerve damage, the doctor in question will never face any kind of repercussions.

Raquel, I am profoundly disappointed by your review. I was the 11th attorney you contacted, and all 11 firms declined to accept your case. Over the course of 5 email exchanges about your situation, I explained to you that I declined your case because my practice is limited to medical cases involving wrongful death or catastrophic and permanent bodily injury, such as limb loss, brain damage, or paralysis. <br><br>After you informed me that an attorney had recently declined your case "because it wasn't financially feasible," I then explained the following economic reality to you: "Medical malpractice cases are extremely expensive to prosecute. The attorney usually invests a minimum of $100,000 to try a medical malpractice case to a jury. Given that expense, a jury must award well over $200,000, just to enable the attorney and client to break even on case expenses and attorney's fees. I suspect all 11 attorneys you have contacted are concerned that you do not have sufficient monetary damages for your case to be economically feasible to pursue." <br><br>You contacted 11 attorneys. I was the only attorney who cared enough to explain the reality of your situation to you. Rather than expressing gratitude that I had given you so much of my time for free, you gave me a bad review 2 months later. <br><br>I would be happy to discuss your apparent dissatisfaction with you on the telephone. I don't know where to start. It was a truely delightful experience working with this company. Glen and Nicole kept me up to date,educated me on the processes, and listened to all of my concerns during this difficult process. They fought for me and we able to obtain a very nice settlement that was fair and just. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Mr. Cunningham is an amazing attorney. It was so difficult making the first step to try to find a lawyer not something we wanted to do but needed to do. I contacted him through his website and he personally called me. I couldn’t believe the personal attention he gave to us. After getting off the phone with him I felt such relief finally someone to be an advocate for my husband’s case. When you choose him you’re not getting a firm with 20 lawyers that will pass your call around and just want to settle your case for the minimum amount so they can move on to the next. We are so pleased with how he fought for us. Some attorneys don’t want to see the inside of the courtroom. He is prepared to go the distance for you.
