They are very professional. I was somewhat disorganized due to having to move to another house while repairs got done and I misplaced all my receipts. They were helpful and patient when it was time to settle. They got all my money spent back. The insurance offered and paid less than half. I am satisfied with the way it worked with the attorneys.
